This is a translation provided for convenience. The Danish version is the legally binding one.
You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
- Via the app: Log in → Settings → Delete account
- Via email:Send a request to support@konverto.dk from the email address you used to create your account. Include 'DELETE ACCOUNT' in the subject line.
What is deleted
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- Conversation history with the assistant
- Push notification tokens
- All integrations (Gmail, Outlook and others)
- Usage statistics and logs linked to your account
What is kept
- Anonymised statistical data without personally identifiable information
- Accounting records for up to 5 years pursuant to the Danish Bookkeeping Act
Processing time
Up to 30 days from receipt of the request.
