Lead Integration

The secure link between your enquiries and your AI assistant

When you connect your Facebook page, your mailbox (Google or Microsoft) or your calendar, Lead Integration is the app you grant access to. It fetches your new enquiries so they can be answered quickly, and sends replies in your own name. It does nothing else.

What the app does

• Receives new enquiries from your Facebook lead forms and messages to your page, so they can be answered right away.
• Reads new enquiries that land in your inbox and sends replies from your own email address, so the customer sees your name as the sender.
• Reads when you are busy in your calendar, so only free slots are offered. The calendar is read only, never written to.
• Keeps track of the conversation, so a reply always lands in the right thread.

What the app never does

• Never sells or passes on the content of your enquiries, your email or your calendar to anyone else.
• Never uses your data for advertising or to train AI models.
• Never posts on your Facebook page and never sends messages you have not set up yourself.
• Never touches any other part of your Google, Microsoft or Facebook account than what you granted access to.

You control the access

You can remove the access at any time. The app then stops immediately, and the keys that granted access are deleted.
